Looking for a Scout for a photo shoot in NYC
Hello,
We’re from Creative Film Cars in Manhattan. We are the Northeast’s premier provider of vehicles for film, television, fashion shoots, magazines and events. We are looking for a IH Scout in a dark color for a photo shoot for Ralph Lauren taking place in Brooklyn, NY this Thursday, April 9th. It is a static shoot for a print ad and no driving will be required. You will be compensated for your time and the rental, and your vehicle will be fully insured for the duration of the shoot. Please don’t hesitate to call us at 212-864-4060 if you are interested in participating and would like more details. We will be happy to answer any questions that you may have. To describe more fully what we do: First, we act as an agent for your vehicle. You supply us with a few photos and we put them in front of our hundreds of clients, and on our online database. When a client selects your ride, we contact you immediately, see if you’re interested, and send you a contract. In most cases no driving will be required. They just have to look the part. You will be paid for the rental and your time. Second, we act as a caretaker. As a fully licensed and insured company, your car is safe and covered with a one million dollar policy. A CFC representative will attend every shoot to guarantee that everything goes smoothly. At the shoot, you are welcome to stay with your vehicle to ensure that it is treated in the manner, and with the respect it deserves. Location, length of shoot, and use of vehicle are among the factors that determine payment. The moment the shoot is completed you get a check in your hand. Now wasn't that easy? Additional benefits are increasing the vehicles provenance, value, possible tax write-offs, and seeing your vehicles in print or on film. Go to http://www.creativefilmcars.com/submit.htm and submit your vehicle. It's really pretty simple. It costs nothing to be listed with our company and your information is protected and will never be shared with anyone. Ever. For more info give us a call at 212-864-4060 and we will take the time to answer any of your questions, or go to http://www.creativefilmcars.com/ . Thank you, Donald and John Creative Film Cars |

Mine is a bit more than "rough" looking...its beat to all hell...Check http://www.binderbulletin.org/ for a rig. You'd have better luck there. All we do here is mod our scouts then beat the the shit outta em.

Hey creativecarguy post on binderplanet.com there are a lot more Scout guys from the Northeast there than here. No offense to you guys, but I am a studio mechanic in chgo and wouldn't rent my vehicle out to a production company. I have dulled down way too many hot spots using questionable means on rented cars to let anyone touch mine

Not as much as the studio would pay for it so they could shoot it full of holes for a movie. Cash talks.... bullshit walks.

I was rather surprised those chevys had overhead valves, but they were gutted before we went to town. Im an equal opportunity shooter, If you want your car full of holes im game. Actually the guy that did the shooting is a big time hollywood film gun expert. We had a 30.06 and a 45 glock that we used depending on the color of the dot he was aiming for. I was the gopher who went out and looked at the hits and took the pictures. He brought a Thompson sub machine gun and I got to fire it at some targets, the highlight of my shooting career.

chargers
Yeah they destroyed a lot of chargers on the dukes of hazzard, but at least they got some use out of them. Theres a charger in my yard that I would have rather seen it sold to them and gotten destroyed, now its destroyed because of rust. Back when they were shooting that show a charger was a beater car anyways, they were paying $2000 for a running charger.
