Come awn! I have a 304 in my 75 and a tiny V8, a Ford 260 in my 64. <IMG SRC="smilies/eyemouth.gif" border="0"> Although, I do have a line on a Caddy 500 if I can find the money. about 700 or... The guy will sell me one out of an El Dorado for 1200 bucks. Same friggin block. I'd go for the 700 dollar engine and use the difference to build it. --Josh

thats too much. I paid $200 for my '69 CDV, that's for the whole car!! Do a search on http://www.car-part.com They range from $100-$500. Or just watch the newspaper for whole cars, '69-'76 (or '79 if you don't 'mind a 425), they sell pretty cheap because most of them are rusted out <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">.

Any model. If you can find an Eldorado engine, get it, it will have the rear sump oil pan you need. You can also get a pan from an '80-'81 368, this is the one I have on my 472.
