I am thinking of putting a pintle hitch a a fullsize axle & 15" wheels on my hunting trialer so i can really drag it into the weeds.
I have a spare set of SII front springs. Any ideas on what would be a good (read simple & cheap) axle to put under it. It is a very light Jayco 10 Ft tent trailer. Thanks, Ben

Why not go to Pick-N-Pull and get any old Ford 9in. It will have 5 on 5.5 and it is strong enough...

You can get a nice SOA trailer axle from Northern Tool for about $60-80 with hubs.
