t19 4wd-2wd

What do you have to do to convert one to 2wd, can you just slap a yoke on the end where the TC would go...is there any cheap alternatives to doing this? Maybe this is a really dumb Q, but i haven't heard of anyone changing from 4wd-2wd, heard the other way around. Or is it like a auto tranny where you have to change the whole main shaft out. Hey, just let me know if im a moron...i won't cry hahaha or just E.A.D.

on LBC we RIDe

Hmmm
Seems like Torc changed from 2wd to 4wd, so Snoop you'll have to read it backwards

Form what I understand the main shafts are different. Check this out T-19 Mods

Fawk off I had the scout fall on me tonite, hit me in the head and gas spilled all over my face. I NOW understand that it does have MAJOR differences, and i read that when he first posted it...but all i could remember about his write up was Close to Wide ratio gears.

TORC it is a great write up!

Leave the tcase atached, remove front drive line, and you now have a 2wd.

I have a 2wd T98 and a 2wd wide T19 I'd sell if they don't like the transfercase idea..
