skinning a top?
anyone ever pulled the top of a top off? It appears to be spot welded and glued. Im starting on stretching the top, and it appears the easiest way to get things to line up would be to pull the top skin off, stretch the sides and then reinstall a stretched top.
With a little heat, I got some glue out pretty easy. Im just wondering if I pull the top skin, is it gonna twist, or stay straight?
