Isuzu NPR rear axle tech

ok let's gather tech on the NPR rear axle. this is the BIG Full FLoat reat 3rd membered axle isuzu uses in the box truck.

the interesting thing here is that the stock ratios are 4.10 and 5.38

YES....5.38.......

so you could pair one of these bad boys with a front 60 w/ 5.38's

here are some specs:

Rear Axle:
-Capacity 11,020 lbs.
-Ratio 4.10/5.375 (STD/AT)

Please add more.

They are big(hang up on rocks big), use a wierd six? lug pattern(also huge-MUCH bigger than a standard 6 or 8 lug 1 ton pattern and the hubs appear to be much to big to turn down in dia. to allow for a more normal sized wheel to fit) and are generally much too heavy for use on something of a DD/trail truck.
