trying to plan my winter (spring now that winters over) project. i have an 86 II with a c223-t engine that needs a head gasket and a front main seal. my plan is to fix the gasket and seal then add a boost guage, egt guage, intercooler, electric fan, serpentine belt, and on and on. im considering a V8 conversion. need input on which is easier, more cost efective (both now and later), and any other input others may have. thanks in advance. also how do i become an "extreme member".

If I were you I'd sell that POS to me

seriously, hop that diesel up. talk to Airtrooper, he just got done with an SAS on his diesel and he's got some cool shit goin on with his engine.
