I found the unique little rig forsale locally. I think his asking price is a bit high. It's interesting to see how he adapted part from nissans, mitsubishi's, and toyota's to make this rig.

This is fully custom 1982 Isuzu Pu’p 2.2L 4 cylinder turbo DIESEL engine. With 33” BFG mud terrains on 15 inch steel wheels.
I built this truck myself from a 2 wheel drive little farm truck. It is time to get a bigger truck to fit my whole family.

With just some lockers and a little more love this truck would be almost unstoppable. There is only 90,000 miles on this truck. This engine is known to get over 300,000.

So here is what we got:

2.2L 4 cylinder DIESEL engine with a Mitsubishi turbo mounted on custom headers. With a 3” snorkel to breath with.

1 year old aluminum 3” radiator with 2 electric fans.

Optima yellow battery

Ether push button start for those cold Utah
mornings.

Tranny is 5 speeds with a Nissan divorced transfer case.

Rear axle:

Original Isuzu axle with 4-11 gears open.

6inch Toyota Downy leaf springs with custom hangers.

33” BFG mud terrains on 15 inch steel wheels. One tire is new the rest are at about 40 percent tread life.

Toyota solid 4-11 gears open.

3 inch Toyota Downy leaf springs custom hangers.

Steering:

Power steering with custom drag link and heavy duty Toyota parts.
