Good tech is knowing both what to do, and what not to do.
I'll leave it to you PBB'ers to figure out which category this falls into. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I feel sorry for you folks in Virginia. Keep an eye out for this one.

what? gussetting is for sissies. Actually, I am making my own long arms pretty soon here (friend in town has a welder, in case you are reading my sig), and it's good to know that I can't do the worst long arm setup in the country
but in all seriousness, I'd be scared of those ones right there....

if you're building a new crossmember and links, then this "mock-up" does you no good whatsoever, except to post it on the interweb for the entertainment of others? Poison spider doesn't sell XJ steering, they sell a TR & a gusset to go on your custom draglink...

Sorry, you "forgot" to add that when you posted the pics. Seems like every time you post something and people criticize it, it's suddenly "not done" or "not staying that way".

hey hey hey dont be giving kids still in school a bad name. im only 18 and i know that shit is bad... it aint all youngins that are stupid... just some of them
what those long arms look like is the brace link that is on ifs under the 99-06 chevy pickups... im going to have to crawl under my neighbors truck and find out for sure but they looks alot like that. rubber bushing and all. Also wouldnt they mounts for the long arm rip off eventually? seems kind of weak to me.
