Question XJs with winches

How did you route your power to the battery? I want to go through the oval opening below the grill/radiator then inside or outside the frame? Inside is close to fan and outside has to go under frame and then up behind headlight to reach the battery.
Any other ideas or is one of these going to be the best I can do?

What if we told you to run it through the hood???

C'mon man.....run it where you have room, and where it won't hit anything. Fuck, this isn't rocket science.
