Like the title says I want to see what everyone has cut out of there ass end to make room for big tires on lower lifts.

I am wondering how you reworked the sheet metal in the cab too.

For right now I'm just gonna flip my springs but I'm am starting to collect parts now for a 60/14 swap later and linking the rear and keeping my TNT long arms up front.

Oh and what did you do with your fuel tank/cell?

Here's what i'm doing right now. Not a fan of the comp cut look, so I just extended the wheelwells with tube. I'll rework the inner fender to match and it should work well. The rear is stretched 3.5" in this pic.

How is the rear stretched? Flipped springs?

Do you have a picture of how they are mounted up? And how is your shackle angle?

Not yet, they aren't finished. I won't have any shackles.

not sure you are wanting to cut this much out of your rig but heres my junk.i
put my tank completely on top of the floor,most guys just cut a whole and set it at 1/2 and 1/2.it sits at 73" high w/25" of belly clearance and a 108" wheel base.

I guess I should have clarified does anyone have any pictures of how they cut there rear fender out but still have some sort of rear fender.

How did you move it back? Flip your XJ springs or rework your mounts? If you reworked your mounts how did you set up your shackle?

nope i used one MJ leaf in my pack; that moves the tire 4 inches back and then i pushed it back another inch w/ spring perches holes....

Why not just flip your XJ springs? I thought that netted about 4"? I am just looking for something cheap until I can afford to throw a 1 ton back there and link it.

going to move the back axle back 2.5 inchs once i get a d/s made,

not the best pictures but somewhat show what i did.

were you asking me? If so im just going to re-drill new holes in the leafs and put in new center pins..also will have to make new mounts for the shocks some how..
