anyone have a aftermarket header pipe/downpipe on thier xj thats not the borla set up or a custom made one? upgrading to the jba header and dont like how small it cuts it down to. thinkin bout cutin off the stock flange and going down the the local exhaust shop and havin them make me one.
any help or pics would be great.

not the actual header i already have the jba ready to go on. the downpipe/head pipe is what im tryin to figure out.

Just go to an exhaust shop and have them make you a new one. Most places wont charge you much to do it.

Doug Thorley headers are bad ass. I ran them on mine for years.

took it to a shop. got 2.5 piping all the way to the cat. defintely can tell a difference with the new header and down pipe for only 75$+header= good bang for your buck.
