I'd have to say they knocked off mine then. Mine's definitely older then a few months.
BTW, this thread is for home brew bumpers, what are you doing posting a pic. of your over-priced store bought gem of a bumper? ![]() Damn near every home brew bumper built some company has made one similair at one time or another. Last edited by X1994J; 01-12-2010 at 08:59 AM. |

Heres mine.. Front and rear built to match, out of fork lift fork extenders, everything basically 5/16" to 1/2" thick.. a few gussetts are 1/4".. Also the clevis tabs i made each out of 2 pieces of 1/2".
![]() I cut out and bent the ends to go along the contour of the lower quarter. Yea i know ive got a gap between the bumper and tail lights. Fixin to fab up some tail light boxes inwhich will fill in that gap.. As you see i added a 2" reciever adapter to both front and rear for a remote winch bracket.

Thanks! Trust me i been lookin and askin around to come up with some more steel to build a few more sets out of, ive had probably 10 emails from people on here and on another forum askin if i could build them a set. And also, spare time now days isnt on my side.
