Your spring hangers are bad ass. Doing the leaf swap on mine right now but yours is way cooler. I'm gonna try and use Toyota rears up front with a boomerang shackle. Oh yeah and its also my wife's Xj. Keep updating!

What size freeze plug did you use on the 205?

I was JUST thinking about doing the same thing since mine didn't come with the cable lol.

Build is coming along nicely, good job!

I think it was a .90 , sanded it down a bit to fit since the hole is .866. Worked perfect. I got it at napa.

After u make the first one just copy it and it goes fast and easy.

That's a really useful trick and if you cut a long slit the full length the tube, roll it inside out, and tape it back together you'll have a mirror image.

Nice, so a 7/8" (.875) freeze plug SHOULD work mint.

Dorman 565-014 is the part number for a set of 10 brass plugs. I'll report back to ya.
