Thanks to scott over at dirt fab again.. Him and his old man are great people to do business with

I also should be welding on the bead lock rigs tomorrow if All goes as planed with get the rims back from the hot tank. Need to sand down the rips in the inside of the iroks to hopefully keep them from leaking air

All 4 rings burned on..
3 sets of anti coning rings on.. The last set was for 16" wheels not 17"
2 tires sanded and mounted
All I need is 4 vale stems ( I might get truck stems that are tall have bend in them to clear the ring better or maybe relocate the vale stem hole)
I got the bolts for $1.50 a pound! So cheap

Need that carrier bearing to commit to the front end link mounts at the frame....things get tricky real quick when the links and driveshaft wanna occupy the same space

Rear links and brackets are complete save for the upper coilover mounts. Joes gonna do the cagework and run it by quick and we will weld out the upper mounts so it all ties in nicely. Im just putting a handfull of pics up now while I'm waiting for weld to cool and when its all done I will get a whole pile of pics of all the brackets we built as well as some suspension cycle shots. Front is about 90% done but I am waiting on the front driveline to make sure the lower link frame end mounts are happy with the carrier bearing and cv location. Talk about an interesting package! I gotta give props to Ken over at Valley Balancing as he has been ultra helpful in making all these driveline pieces fit with the links.

All the bracketry is .375 plate and triple passed so its secure. The Booger always overkills and is always super safe in his OSHA approved sandals!

Dang binkers, u pulled the Xmember and did the welding up top! Nice!

This turned out really good. Cherokees have much more area available to setup links w perfect geometry. Im used to toyotas and always had to make comprimises where things fit. This rig was a blank canvas and i got to build it exactly how i would have on a bare buggy chassis(even with the front driveline making it tricky).u will be very happy once u hit the trail in this truck!

On my way to pick my son up from school i thought i saw the 'party bus' gasin up at mchenry and kiernan?? That thing looks fun

Yeah me too it's tight with the master cylinder in the way.. I still need to make a bar to connect them and bend around the air cleaner. Plus cut holes in the hood

Thanks for letting me build ur link setup joe. Bring it by the shop if u want once the shocks are on it and that crossbar in the engine bay... We probably need to make small adjustments on the link/ panhard heims to center the axle perfectly...and dont wheel it without bumpstops! We set it up pretty tight to the pan and front pulley at full stuff...have fun, uve got a great suspension to match ur awesome drivetrain now. Not to mention ur a great fabricator urself so the cage will be cool no doubt.
