I'm headed home now to strip some weight off of it so I have a fighting chance. The cooler stays though.

More poser shots, never made it to the farm to hit the fork truck but found a dirt pile on the way.

Looks like the shafts are going to work at full flex. I was concerned with maxing out the cv and yoke on the front but I'm pretty sure its going to work or really really close. the shaft does hit the transmission shifter, I'm going to have to put a bend in it.

The guys at Olymco in Clarksville Indiana did an excellent job not exhaust. I could not have been any happier that and I'm pretty tired of tabbing. It was nice to just tell them that I want and come pick it up. I would recommend them for any custom exhaust work. I'll get some pics tomorrow.

i drop about 30 miles today, it ran really good, the computer started learning the shift points and driving style, it got better the more I drove it.

Its definitely time to do some shock tuning. That and I still need some helps with BRAKES! ANYONE have any IDEAS On the MANUAL BRAKE SETUP??????

Pics, found some friends along the way and I wasn't even the firs one to put it in the dirt.

I'm 90% sure that they are

I still need to lift it up and check full droop for cv bind. The slips seem to be plenty. It really doesn't move that much through the range of motion, maybe 3/4 of an inch.

We could not have gotten a bitter shaft in there though, they are nice.

Thanks Gettelfinger

Shakedown run was yesterday. Everything seemed to work pretty good except the brakes and I need some shock tuning.

Coming down off a ledge the front and the rear would bottom out pretty hard. They need some work. It is very stable and rides pretty good just not quite right in my opinion. I pulled 100cc's out of all 4 shocks, they were incredibly stiff before and would not even move on the road. It rode like a leaf sprung jeep.

Thanks man, I'm happy to have it moving again.

I'm running manual brakes with dual piston fords in the front and 3/4 ton chevy's in the rear with a corvette master and no proportioning valve. It will lock the rears up on the street and the fronts won't' slide in wet grass.

I've got a YJ single diaphragm booster and a Dodge 2500 master with an adjustable proportioning valve I'm going to throw on tomorrow. There's a thread on there with the exact set up and says it stops well. Mine will pull through the brakes as of now.

Hope this helps.

Sorry Josh, but your's doesn't ride like a leaf sprung jeep.

Got all fired up tonight to do some power brakes, had a yj booster, didn't take long to realize that the shaft was wrong for the cj pedal assembly as well as the bolt pattern. Had a tj booster sitting here as well, got it bolted up, bolted the dodge master cylinder on and the hood wouldn't close.

At this point I'm getting pissed, I spent my lunch break putting ali this shit together and it doesn't fit. Drilled out the corvette master cylinder to fit the tj booster, hooked it all up, and I guess there is a seal that is needed for the booster between the masters and the booster, cause it had a horrible vacuum leak, either that or it is shot. I got pissed and bolted the manual brakes back up with the proportioning valve. It is better than it was without the valve but still needs work. At least the rear doesn't lock up anymore. So I'm kinda at a loss for braking at this point.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. I'm trying to keep this simple and not go hydroboost.

There's a thread on running the ford E350 mc. Dunno if that would help or not.
