Aftermarket inner C ?
I have a Dana super 60 with 4 inch tubes and am looking for some inner C's that can be bored to 4 inch with not taking to much material away from the inner C's and making them weak! Are there any on the market or am I screwed?

You could call Reid or Crane and ask.
How thick are the tubes? If the id of your tubes is 3.5, you could buy 3.5" knuckles from Reid, and mount them on some 3.5 od tube with say 6 extra inches of stickout. Then you could slide that tube inside your axle tube and rosette weld it and weld the knuckles to the 3.5 od tube and your 4" tube.
