Question Where to mount a PS cooler in a TJ ?

Any ideas of the best location for keeping the bugger cool ?

I thought in front of the radiator but it looks a real beotch to fit.

On my Ford, it was under the hood hanging off one of the other accessories. It was up fairly high and the the airflow from the fan would blow across it pretty good.

I mounted my cooler on the fuel canister bracket on the drivers side. I bought the smallest one I could find 3X4". It worked great on the locked frontend. Need pictures e-mail me..

Mount it anywhere you can because the amount of fluid it adds to the system does most of the cooling the system nees. This is asuming it is a good size cooler.

Cool

Here is one of the pictures. It is kind of hard to see with everything black, but I think you get the idea....

Put mine on front of the radiator next to the driver's headlight. Had to pull the headlight assembly (everything) to get it in there.

Cool

Troy opted for making a bracket to mount it to one of those two bars running from the radiator back. It's close to the master cylander and side on (from the front).

I wondered if hot air from the engine would be an issue but it seems a few have it up in that area and Dean answered the main point.

Thanks

DS
