if have a 1979 cj-5 i wanted to do a 4 inch suspension with a 3 inch shackle will i have any trouble with shaft angles or anything else, or do u guys have any suggestions.

yes you will have rear drive line problems with that much lift on a cj5. also i don't really like more than about 1" of shackle lift on a jeep. 3" is way too much
