Post Axle wrap?

Whats the best system to use with a dana 60 in the rear locked with 38s and a 350? I know Sam's makes a good one but it would have to be mounted on one of the sides of the pumpkin... so wouldn't that limit the flex more? What about a two or four link system?

I bought the Parts Mike anti wrap bar. I haven't installed it yet, but it is not supposed to limit you that much and it was a whole lot cheaper. (if that matters to ya!)Good quality parts.

the sam's bar won't limit your flex due to the shackle. i built my own on the same design and it works great.

What other places sell Anti Wrap bars? Do any of you have pictures of your set up that I can take a look at?

Thanks,

Could you all give me a number or website for the Sam's Bar and the Mike's Bar, or some pics, thanks.

I didn't think PM was still selling them, I'd be interested in knowing what you think of the bar once you have it installed.

When you guys have mounted the sam's style bar have you set it up at the crossmember with the bar above or below the mount?

Every pic I see it is always vert, but some up and some down. What's the diff?

I would think mounting it above gives the bar a chance to drop and move back when the axle droops, but I can't see that happening when the bar is under. Maybe I am not thinking clearly.

I don't think it makes any difference if the shackle goes up or down

Down equals less ground clearance and something else that can get hung up on a rock. Put it up top.
