Question The Shakes

My YJ has the shakes bad! So bad it cracked my front windshield. I've checked U-joints, axles and ring and pinion. Could it be the springs? whatever the problem it's cause some bad axlerap! Any suggestions?

the front end shakes? if so its called death wobble. have fun trying to cure it! it could be a million things adding up to lots of slop, or it could be one thing. search for Death Wobble, you will find tons of info.

what size tires?
what front axle?
what steering?
what springs?

these all factor into the DW equation.

Ah, the notorious Death Wobble. It can be caused by so many things it's not even funny. Worn suspension components.... all sorts of things. Assuming it's not related to your tires/wheels, which is a whole other set of new problems. We need more info.
