D60 into 44 housing

Has anybody done the ARB axle mod of putting 60 shafts into a 44 housing?
What about the 44 Axles into the 30 housing?

i was wondering the same thing about the front D44 with 60 axles?
i have a 30 w/ 44 axles. Superior makes them. super 30 kit. i would love to hear what people have to say about putting 60shafts in a 44 housing. it's just hard to find a cheap 60 front for less than $1100.
the only reason i think people haven't done this mod yet is because by the time you spend all that money to have 60axles in your D44 you could have had a 60 anyways. if they could make it cost effective i would love to see how. i would be all over it.
the thing is, you would have to have a special carier and bearing setup the would be totally custom. i don't know if it's realy possible but you might have to machine down a 60 carier to fit D44 carier bearing set up and have special seals made to fit the 60 shafts; and once you got that done (im assuming) you would have to have a special pinion set up shaped like a D44 shaft and have D60 teeth.
just like i said, a lot of work when you could actually just get a 60 and build it or whatever for about the same price i'm guessing. would be something cool though to have the clearance... but i guess you could always shave a 60, and to go even further, you could shave the 44 to have the clearance of a D30 lol. wow, my brain hurts, i need to lie down for a while....

Correct me if Im wrong, but I know there is no room in the knuckle for the D60 ujoint, or D60 axle yolks. IMO, with the high quality alloys out, there is NO benefit to more splines than the 33 spline versions that are available, as the yolks and ring/pinion are the weak spots.
