Driveshaft, Yoke and u-joint questions??
So getting the Jeep almost done, parts still needed are shafts I am planning to go with Jesse's High Angle stuff after the tranny 465 swap (will change rear length) so I am trying to use what I got for now, and upgrade to High Angle in the Spring, so no need to go back and forth with resizing.
The question is, my rear 14 bolt has a 1330 u-joint, so most likely I will do the 1410 conversion by Jesse when I order the driveshaft. I have a 1350 yoke on the front axle (Ford Dana 44, HP, 79), and was wondering if I the yokes could be swapped (front 1350 to rear, and 1330 rear to front. I have not taken them out yet, but am curious if it would work, or are the pinion splines, width, etc way different on them?
Also, any info on local places I could get cross joints (1310-1330, 1330-1350, and 1310-1350)?
