done with my budget rig need some advice.

so ive basically built the standard budget rock rig, 91 yj SOA lockrights front and rear, 4,10 gears, alot of fender cutting front and rear, 35in mud terrains, and of course a bunch of spair axel shafts, but im done, after riding threw the Con with my buddies last summer im ready to start getting my rig ready for the Con this summer so i could use a little help with suggestions.
so basically i ahve a ford eight and a quarter rear end wating whenever i want it and i was wondering if anybody sells a kit to put this in a place of my 35??? Ive heard there is a kit but i cant find it for sale, anybody seen it???
second, springs, is the spring pin on the ford the same size as my jeep rear end??? if not should i just find new springs or is it that big of a pain to get them to fit?
third drive shafts, will the third member from the ford bolt onto my jeep line or will i need to get new drive lines???
and last a track bar for the rear end?? anybody ran this set up with or without a track bar and how did it turn out??????
well any help would be appreciaated and hey if any body lives near Steambot Spring Co let me know, i just moved here and i dont really know anywhere to go wheeling that much just some dinker trails around town, thanks alot

are you talking about a chrysler 8.25? never heard of a ford 8.25 but doesn't mean it doesn't exist. spring perches probably wont work and if they did the pinion wouldn't sit right. if you did the soa on your stock axles you know how to cut off the perches and weld them back on the right distance apart and your pinion sitting where you want it, shouldn't need a kit. if the spring pin (meaning center pin) is any larger which im not sure about the just get it in therre i don't see where that would cause you any problems. i just swapped in full-widths with a ford 9 and didn't have any problem getting the to fit with stock cherokees in the rear of a CJ and the front YJ springs with a chevy 44 fit fine to so i wouldn't spend to much time worrying about that. if the joints are different sizes which if its a chrysler 8.25 im guessing it would work fine, then id just use a bastard 1310 to 1330 joint to get it right if the drive shaft length is right. i personally drive a CJ everyday with no sway bars or trac-bars (never had any of those) and its fine. i would just ditch it. i live in Boone so i can't help you with trails. check up on CO4x4.com or something like that it would be a local CO. website with guys and girls from around that state. good luck. search like crazy man. ive been here for a while and haven't had to much of a problem finding what i need without having to ask.
