Can AtlasII drv drop be configured to pass drop?

Anyone know if a drivers side drop AtlasII can be rebuilt to pass drop easily? From the pics I've seen, it looks like the front and rear case halves are the same, so if you turn the guts around inside you can swap drops?

I can get a sweet deal on a used drv drop..need pass drop.

Thanks,

Chris

Yes it can be. AA should be able to help you out.

Post what you find out. I was wondering if I could do it with mine if I ever changed Jeeps or something.

I got off work in time to call AA today. It can be rebuilt to pass drop, but you need a new pass drop housing to swap the guts into. So not as cheap as I had hoped.
