hey newbie
if its just a little rubbin... i say let it rub... also you might be able to lenghtin the lower arms which will help a little.. as far as cuttin there.... depending on exactly where its hittin you will have to plate because you will have a big ole hole there.... and a big dddaaaaaaamn 10 inches of lift! im running 39.5's with only a little 6 3/4 inches of total lift on a tj.... and i dont rub

with RE 6" springs and 1" body I rub my 35's but only when stuffed and turned like you say. Its only a little bit so Its no biggy.
I say with all that lift you got you should have already figured out that lift isn't the only answer. Just cut it and weld away.

There are these real high tech things they make called bumpstops... They keep the tires from rubbing something all the lift springs and spacers in the world won't do (they just effect static ride height and most still allow the tire to compress just as far

You can also do the low tech solution and glue hockey pucks to the lower spring pad with silicone.
Hey, BellyUp, what 35's are you running? I have 4" Tera springs, 3/8" spacers and 1" body lift and I'd swear I could fit 35's with no rubbing at all! Right now I have 33" BFG MT's (yuck) and I do know they are really small 33's. We rolled out some SS TSL 33's next to 'em the other day and it was a HUGE difference.

there wasnt much cuttin in the front... rmoved the entire fender, inner and outter, cut the hood 3 to 4 inches higher on each side, cut part of the rocker (plated to cover the whole into the vehicle ) then tube was bent into fenders tied into frame, rocker, and across the engine. rear was cut as high as poss, rear inners pulled up and re welded, fenders made of tube, tied into cage, frame, then blends into rear bumper... ill look for some pics..
