Anyone know who stocks the D300/D20 26 spline CV yoke? Spicer part number 2-4-4341 Apparently spicer has a production problem, and I need to find one to get my buddies jeep back on the road.
Any stock applications for this part that I might find in the junkyard?
Jeep J trucks. Scout II's and EB's. Also look at the front yolk compared to just looking for rears. Not sure if a case has a rear 26 spline, that the front is also 26 spline. but if it is, front's are more likely to have CV threaded holes on the ears. Good luck.
Found 1 - and only 1! Called six states, and they didn't have any on the shelf, but gave up the name and number of their distributor who only had 1 left. Tom Woods had some, but wouldn't sell one unless you bought a driveshaft. I think I'll be remembering that next time I need a shaft.
what about using a front cv yoke off a tj 231. the front yokes are 26 spline i believe and they are a nice swap for a yj 231 so would they also work for a d300.
it is comfirmed. my buddy is using a yoke off the front of a tj231 for his d300. it is cv style that requires the 4 bolts to come in from the t-case side of the yoke.
no problem. i sold both of my d300's when i got my atlas and i still have the cv yoke in the shop somewhere. just thought i'd ask cause i don't need it.
i have 6 in stock - and you don't have to buy the driveline-Jess
