Question 86 258 throttle body issues

changed the throttle body on friends 258. ran great for 5 days and now it won't idle unless you turn it up to 2500 rpm. any ideas?

86? Throttle body? Unless you have changed the engine or put the mopar FI setup on it, it should have the BBD carborator.....

If it is FI....why did you swap out the TB.......

If it is TB, then you should have and AIS (Air Idle Solenoid) that will adjust the idle air mixture....

So it idles at 2500 rpms?
I'd say it's the TPS.
Probably the DFN.
