At any time each workshop works on 1-4 Jeeps/4x4s. Each one is completed frame up in at least 3-4 months to even 18 months max (Everything is hand made on the body). Our shop currently has 6 people working in it but each works on different things. For example one of them only makes square headlight braces from sheet metal. That, he has been doing for the last 4-5 years. Just that... .. Its very different here then in the States or Europe.
About the comressor.... .. We dont have one.. .. We dont use air tools.. Not yet.. ..

While I haven`t seen cj5 half doors available made from steel, you can get them built from aluminum diamond plate. 4WD Hardware sells them, and I know somebody else is building them also. I managed to stumble across some 3/8" aluminum tread plate at a local scrap yard, going to build mine from that.
