Not sure about there, Ehsan, but in the US there is a lot of "friendly" rivalry between car owners...Dodge vs. Ford vs. Chevy, Jeep vs. Landcruiser, etc. I think he was taking a jab at the Toyota guys.
Keep it coming, this is a GREAT thread!

I love that last picture of the black jeep. Looks like a CJ6 with a Yj front. How long do these things last? Do people steal them? I'd be afraid.

In the picture of all of the Jeeps out in the field they look to be all CJ-5's. I think I read somewhere along the line you mentioning they are CJ-7 frames. Where do you get all of the frames??
Also, the tops look really tough. Are they all fabricated there too? They look to be made of really durable thick material that would dwarf the thin throwaway tops they sell us here in the U.S. I don't suppose you'd have an extra top laying around somewhere that would fit a CJ-7?? Great work, great pics. Thank you for taking the time to show us these.

About the tops.. These are all local custom made out of a double layer of strong vinyl. The bows are made first and then the top is made all by hand to exactly fit the bows. All Jeep tops are made here. If you are serious about getting a CJ7 top then do PM me and I will fill you up with the details. Thanks for all the appreciation. Ehsan

Would those flip up windshiled setups fit on a late CJ7/CJ8? I know the frame changed along the way but not certain about the glass.
I'd be interested in one for my CJ8 if it was possible... |
