I never cease to be amazed at some of the cool stuff from over there.

One thing I have to ask, why are all the CJ rear fender openings flat and not the full round that Jeeps over here are? I notice in that last pic you can see the outline of the round but the top is squared off.

Thats a hand made die. We use basic electric welding machines and oxy/acetylene gas welding. Now saws.. Hand operated sccissors that look more like paper cutting ones. . Grinders.. No air tools. No Migs,TIGs or Plasma cutters (I wish and plan ) and no CNCs...
