How much of that conversion is metal work? If I remember right, at least the flares and the end caps right?

Very nice work and craftsmanship going on there....:smokin:
All of the conversion is metal work.. From the hood to the extended body to the doors to the flares to the right hand conversion, cowl, fenders, front grill, bumpers, tailgate, rear tire carrier, bows.. Etc.. And this is done here at many shops not just mine.

Ehsan, you alway post neat pictures. Do you have any that are in progress? Is that green one a Mahadra (spelling?) It looks like my first Willys CJ2A, but I know it's not. I've also seen a Mahadra CJ3B copy.

The work is awesome, I just don't know why you guys do the damned square headlights!
Maybe because TJ's are worth more than YJ's and YJ's are worth more than CJ's. Keep in mind Eshan is in Pakistan and not the US. A vastly different country with different perceptions in value. New is good and older is just plain old.

Unless you get a nice old that is better than a plain new:smokin:

You have got to be kidding, that's a tin roof… holly smoke, that's freaking incredible! How much does it actually weigh? Again, you guys continue to blow me away with your fabrication skills. Please forward my compliments to the gentlemen responsible.
