Stering box question
In the near future I am going to fab a new bumper, and make a winch mount on the bottom of the frame rails so that I can keep the winch from blocking the air to the engine. But to do so I will have to move the steering box as it is in the way. So I plan on rotating it flat and possibly moving it forward at that time. Firs I was wondering if any one who has pics of this would mind posting them, and second I have a full size Chevy box laying around and i was thinking if i had to make all the mounts from scratch would it be worth it to mount the larger box on the jeep.
Wouldn't the FSChevy box be a stronger box? For right now i am going to run full-size axles, in the future i might go to rocks. but since i am planning on keeping this jeep "street legal" i need to keep a box on it instead of going full hydro. But will likely go hydro assist in the future. Thanks for the advice ECG
