04 Rubi w/ auto tranny needs tuf skidder
I gots this rubi with a 4" FullTraction Ultimate lift and have been plagued with a front driveline contacting the auto tranny skidder to the point of toasting one driveline already... Have fabbed, refabbed and fabbed again the the not-so-stock-anymore auto tranny skidder to no avail and now am looking to either cheese-out and buy an aftermarket version (which I cant't find one that is worth a dern) or subject myself to the flames of the hardcore technofabberjunkies.
So, anyone out there got some good pics and design tips of thier own garage style fabbin' or any hot leads on some new superhotdangit aftermarkets that I haven't found yet? |

LMAO....
.. Skidder...... I have know idea what the hell you are talking about... Skidder(That needs to be your new name)... If it's a Kit? It should of worked from the get go. If you had to FAB then you are getto fabing a lift to fit you unlimited? Maybe start over with a Unlimited lift kit or post some pic's so we can understand you...How far forward does your skidder go? Is there a need for a cut (U) out for the front drive shaft?

Go for the skid row long arm engine skid - it protects both the oil pan and the transmission pan - extends all the way back to the tranfer case skid plate. I have it on my Rubicon with RE Longarms.
