narrowing an XJ (front)
i've decided to keep my jeep down until EJS... and want to narrow the front. I want to narrow the front to just about the width of my radiator, and follow the lines of the hood to the radiator.
Does anyone have pics available of their narrowed XJ's? also, anything that i should watch out for when i narrow the front? we're plating the unibody rails, as well as running an exo from the rails. any suggestions?

My old buggy was an XJ...I just made a hood and fenders out of Aluminum though instead of trying to weld up a factory hood. My biggest issue was how the grill was designed to wrap around to almost 90 degrees and when you narrow it, the lines don't match up with the new angles of the chassis width. Hope that makes since. Other than that, the grill is super easy to narrow and you don't need to remove the headlights like I did unless you have limited room for some reason.
