Completed Project #1 about two months ago.. it ran fine for first 400 miles but now cylinders one, two and three are missing. Donor was a 93' Cherokee. CPS is an after market (Novak) mounted to bell housing - not loose when checked. Novak machined bell housing for me. New O2 sensor installed at time of swap. Checked with computer but NO error codes registered. Checked both harness and individual injectors and all seem to be working properly. Any suggestions?

Check your spark plug wires and routing, Distributor, timing etc... I'd bet its an ignition problem.
