clocking ring. the only thing you are changing is the mounting holes. most rings (in fact all should be) are thin enough not to have to worry about changing inputs. look in the vendors section for choices and specs.

I agree. I didn't have a clocking ring for a while between my TH350/D300 setup. My setup uses a spud shaft. I got a clocking ring which is about 3/8" thick. I stuck it in and ran it that way. No problems as yet.........and I have beat on it hard for a few years now.

Good call on the flipkit, but speaking from experience using a flip kit on any tranny that has a mechanical linkage is almost not even worth the headache. I believe when they originally designed the kit it was for a YJ style tranny anyways, but reguardless its not just a straight bolt in. I build a 4:1 flipped 300, all brand new (yes it was more expensive then and atlas, live and learn ) mounted it up to my Jeep T-18, cut out the floor etc cause the flipkit goes into the floor if u want to get it flat, only to find out i couldn't get my drive shaft past the linkage. Had to sell it for less then half of what i had into it. It was cheaper in the long run to just get a diferent front axle. Sorry the Derail. Good luck
