Who was it???
Who was it that was machining a bunch of threaded insert blocks (left hand and right hand threads) to go into square tubing. Primarily for the use in long arms and such. Figured this would be the place to post as since the rest has been turning into a noobfest.

search newbie
I used regular round inserts in 2" .25 square tube. The gap at the corners is minimal.

oh noooo you can't fill those voids with mig or well you can but it's not proper but I didn't say it was wrong but you can't do it but blah blah blah ...... lol
