I spoke to their tech guy briefly about the Terminator. My understanding is that it's a rebuilt AX-15 that has been dyno tested up to 425 ft lbs. using the gearset from a Toyota Turbo Supra. Price starts at $1500 from what their sales lady told me. No gear grinding, no popping out of gear and no sounding like a can full of marbles and rocks. Lots of parts availability for repairs and good aftermarket support with shifters and bell housing adapters. Forgot to ask about available gear ratios. Still have to call them back next week.

If you go with the AW4 from the cherokee. It not to bad to do the swap. I did it in my YJ. Go here and read up on how Stu did his swap in a TJ. http://www.stu-offroad.com/engine/aw-4/aw-4-1.htm
