front axle issues

hey guys i have a 95 yj that i am putting a 9 inch and a 44 in and i am having some issues with the front i want to run leafs in the front but the axle has the v shaped <o> looking things for the coil buckets and idk if i need to grind that all the way down to the 3 inch tube or what then i might run into a u bolt problem ?? any ideas

you need to search ..this is been discussed like 1 billion times ..depending on the year of the axle you can cut it off if they are welded on ..if its cast into the tube your screwed
