Dually Dana 60 Front
Dually dana 60 front, out of a 86' ford. Anyone used these before? planning to put it on my yj. the guy said that the dually adapters just bolt off but i don't know too much about these. Any comments/suggestions? he's giving it to me fairly cheap so im really thinking about it

Wrong forum ... And yes they do come off. I would assume by the question that you really do not know what your getting into, so you might want to do some reading around here.
Boy that was nice.

There's nothing different from the 80's DRW HP60's to the SRW HP60's except the hubs. They are two different beasts, and the dually "adapters" as you put it don't unbolt, the whole hub has to be changed. All the bearings are the same, so the SRW hubs just bolt right up....
Edit: The top pic is a dually hub, the bottom is SRW - the only real difference other than the WMS, is the DRW rotor bolts to the rear of the hub, while the SRW rotor is pinned by the wheel studs. ![]() ![]() FWIW, my '88 HP60 was originally a DRW, and I swapped the hubs out for SRW ones to bring the width in on my TJ:
