This belongs in the newb section but I dont think it would be worth it to regear both.If you have a front 3.73 and a rear 4.10 then I would stick 4.10s in it.But if both are 3.73 just leave them.

I would think it would depend on what type of wheeling you do and what type of area you live in.

Regardless of the combo the difference between 3.73s and 4.10s is minimal. Unless one of the axles already has 4.10s it's not worth switching the other. Wait till you go to bigger tires and go to at least 4.56s.

I dont care if he/she lives on the Moon and daily drives it to Saturn. The difference from 3.73 to 4.10s is .37 but good try at bad advice

That's really not a flipoff in the flipoff kind of way..it is more a friendly wave here.

Between the two choices you've stated 3.73 and 4.10....it is not worth it to swap up or down between those two choices, it won't make much of a difference. Now, like stated, if one axle is 3.73 and the other is 4.10 and you can only afford to do one axle I'd go with the 4.10.
