Tweaking a built TJ
Figured I`d do a slight build thread. After building many jeeps I decided it was cheaper and quicker to buy one already built.
Got it like this....... 4.0 Auto Stak 5.44:1 14 bolt 60 513s Detroits High Angle Drivelines BTF Leaf Kits front and rear 104" 39.5 Iroks Day I got it ![]() Morris Mtn ![]() ![]() 47LTBs ![]() Still at 104" with the LTBs=retarded ![]() Some goods to link the front. Ballistic tabs/brackets/joints. SAW 14" Air shocks, 2" .250 wall DOM for the links ![]() 3 linked front pushed out 112" with PSC full hydro and the chromolly shafts/joints in the 60 ![]() ![]() ![]()

River Rock
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Tellico ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The jeep seems to do be pretty damn stable with the air shocks up front and the XJ leafs out back. Very happy with how it wheels. Comments? Suggestions? Insults?

Looks good. My TJ has the leafs in the rear and a three link up front with coils....very stable at 104 w/ 40's. Our club will be at RiverRock on the 26th of Feb - 1 Mar....bring your junk.

From the sound of the first vid, you aint got the gearing for those tires yet, make that second in line after the cage.
Other than that, it looks pretty good.

47's look too big IMO, but to each thier own. Definetly link the rear and stretch it out a bunch more and it should look and perform better.
Oh and X2397572570498572049587!!! on the cage and harnesses. Do I notice a lack of beadlocks as well?

Id like to link the rear also, put the Air Shocks out back with some Coilovers up front. But thats after a cage. It performs damn good as it sits.

Hey man, your panhard bracket...I would suggest bracing that up a little bit, people had pointed it out to me as well (I have the same bracket) .... Pay it forward right? Just passing it along, the 47's look great!

Which bracket are you talking about? If you are talking about the one at the axle, then yes. Im eventually going to tie the panhard and upper link mount into each other and gusset both sides. Few little things here and there I need to do. After another trip to Tellico I`ll start doing the small shit.
