I am in Iraq right now and am trying to order as much crap for my jeep before I get home, so I can fix it up quick for a trip to New Mexico with my 4 wheel drive club next month.
What is the length of a Dana 60 Tie rod end to end? I am making one out of 250 wall with heims. There is no steel where I am from, so I am gonna order off the web.
Also what is the length of the drag link to a YJ pitman arm, if you got a yj on a Dana 60 front end?

With high steer arms my tie rod is about 58" and from what I remember the drag link was around 35". Every Jeep will be different but that should get you close enough to order some tube. You can always order it a couple inches long and cut it down.

Thanks, that is exactly what I am looking for. Steel is so expensive these days, I wanted to get close to exact.
