When you tapped the box did you clean it really good? Make sure you get all the metal shavings out of the box prior to trying setting it all up.

Did you bleed it with the tires off the ground? I know it took me allot of turn with the tires off the ground to get all the air out. Make sure you have the line connected correctly ~ check them three or four times to make sure (not saying they are not right). Also once you feel all the air is out do it a couple more times just to make sure. Once that happens turn it with the engine running still on the jack stands. Make sure to watch the fluid level while doing this.

before i drilled the box out i took it all apart and then cleaned everything in a parts washer and rebuild the box using all new seals and teflon rings

when im bleeding the system the motor is off and the jeep is on my lift should i try to just raise the front only and i have the lines hooked up as the link above tells u to and if i had to guess i have turned the steering wheel back and forth about 200 times and i still have the same problem

Another idea is to remove the coil wire and crank over the engine a few times to move some fluid through the system. After that I would try to run the engine and see if it works then slowly turning back and forth.
