D60 Front Rebuild - parts

I couldn't get an answer on the Ford section, so I will move it here. It is going in a Jeep, but Ford D60 front (1991).

I looked over the Billavista D60 bible front and back, and can't determine if the parts he lists (for a Chevy I assume) cross to a Ford. It seems most do in the research I have done, all but the inner wheel seal.

Here's what I've come up with for the parts I need to rebuild the hubs and spindles (I'm converting from DRW to SRW in the process)

Dana/Spicer 700014 or Timken SBK3 – Spindle bearing and seal kit
Dana/Spicer 5550583 or Timken 382A – Bearing race (cup), inner
Dana/Spicer 565906 or Timken 387A – Bearing (cone), inner
Timken SET38 – Bearing and race, outer (Don’t have the Dana/Spicer number for this, probably the same)
Timken 415960 Inner wheel bearing hub seal. This number seems to be different on the Ford than the Chevy, for Chevy I show 240435 for the Timken number. So in other words, I’m not positive on this part number other than what I looked up on AutoZone.

Has anyone kept a good list of part numbers for the Ford 60?

Talk to Doug at Extreme Axle,(845) 598 - 0545... he is very knowledgeable in regards to D60's, plus he probably has the parts you need. Doug has great customer service and very good prices.

You go to Autozone or whereever and you buy parts for that axle. It's obviously a 1 ton front axle, so you tell them you need SRW Hub inner & outer races & bearings, hub seal, Spindle brarings, spindle seals, brakes... Whatever you need for a 1991 Ford F350.

Chevy parts are for Chevys, Ford parts are for Ford.

If you plan on running Hummer Double Beadlocks you
should KEEP the DRW hubs on the front axle. You need them
because the Hummer beadlocks have 7" backspacing.

If you are running normal wheels you need to buy some used
Ford SRW hubs and rebuild them and put them on. I just did this to my DRW Ford 60.
Make sure you keep the spindle lock nuts and reuse them, I pretty much replaced everything except my spindle studs & my spindle lock nuts. Everything I bought new.

Only thing you shouldn't get from the local parts store is Gears & the Master Install kit,
and of course the brackets. Everything else can be puchased locally.

It's a it's a 1991 F350, not a Jeep.
Don't waste money ordering stuff online from a bunch of different places and spend a ton of money on shipping, get it from Napa, Advance or Autozone.

You seriously didn't know that?
