They should replace it no problem. When I got my ARB it came with a defective solenoid that they promptly replaced for me. I called ARB directly.

I've spent the last week reading through this build. Very impressive. You've given me some great ideas for the next re-build of my TJ. I've been stuck on building some beefed up 9"ers front and rear but those 15 bolts look so pretty!

Thank you. I hope what I've done can help others. Sumner Machine sure can build a pretty axle and they work just as well. John has been beating on a front 15 bolt longer than I have owned a 4wd vehicle.

Soft top is back in place and the doors are on. Got my tail gate back in place too.

Atlas will be here tomorrow so I will be able to build the transmission mount then build all the link mounts around it. I need to get some steering parts for the front axle so I can get this thing sitting under its own power again. I need to get knuckles, spindles, hubs, and all that crap.

The rear axle needs to go to WMS to get the same treatment as the front axle. They are going to do the shave and build the cover for it plus set up the ARBs and gears. I will have it back from the blast cabinet tomorrow. So I will be able to add all my brackets for the back. Plus get to work on mounting up my fuel cell since the axle will be in place.

From there it is fairly simple things that just take time and money.

Looking good Andy. I have notice many are going back to a full enclosed interior while keeping the hard core parts on a rig. I am also wanting to go back to this on my YJ.

Got enough tires?

My only complaint about a buggy is always being in the weather. You have no break from heat or cold. That is one of my main factors in the TJ. You can always stay warm and dry.

I will have a few more tires come tomorrow. I groove tires at the house.

It went good! A little fitting and a whole lot of welding! Pretty simple really! Now I just need to start fitting links and rear suspension! TrailWorthyFab.com has some good stuff!
