I have searched for hours but haven'tfound a for sure answer to my problem. I have a full floater 14 bolt rear & wanna run an 8 lug dana 44 in the front, but i wanna keep my transmission & transfer case. Is there an 8 lug dana 44 that has the pumpkin on the drivers side? If so what vehicle did they come in?

Yes they did. The y put them in 3/4 ton ford trucks in the seventys. Also 78. And 79u it was high pinion
