need a 4.7 V8 - 02 Grand Cherokee

I posted in the wanted section but I'm not sure it will get much attention. I have found a replacement motor for $1500 shipped but I just wanted to see if anybody knew of a place to get them for less. This one is from a site that checks junkyards all over the country. The Jeep has like 150k miles on it so anything with that many miles or less would be fine. Needs to be the standard 4.7 (8th VIN digit is N).

And subsequently, if anybody wants a totally screwed 4.7 to rebuild, let me know. Otherwise I may use it as a boat anchor. As much as these things sell for in running condition, you'd think they were plated in gold, but I don't think the scrap yard will give me very much for it.
