It will be a lot of work switching from a manual to an auto. I just did it on my YJ, that was going from an AX15 to an AW5. I didn't use the computer, so that made it easier. I'm not sure if it would be the exact same or not. There is a post on here about the swap, not from to long ago either. To do what I did you'll need the AW5, shift cables, TV cable, flex plate, ring for the flex plate, bolts for it, shifter, and you'll have to clock your t-case.

The tcase from an xj is clocked differently then a tcase in a tj/yj. What is wrong with your tcase? They are very easy to rebuild with just basic tools. May be easier to just rebuild yours.

Unless the main casing is damaged it's easier to rebuild yours, all internal parts are available at good prices from lots of sources, start at Morris4x4.com to compile a list of what you need then shop around, to give you an idea of how much you save shopping around, an Alloy USA tc chain is usually $110, I got mine, same brand & part number for $53, it pays to do the research
